Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Strategy
CMP utilizes our Supply Chain platform as a competitive weapon. We accomplish this by optimizing the Total Cost of Ownership Model. The goal is to look at continuously lowering the TCO. How do we do this? We analyze TCO to gauge the actual price of an asset to balance expenditures and calculate the actual value of the business deals, where both direct and indirect TCO is accounted for. The Cost of Ownership (TCO) of each product is tailored to its use, guaranteeing competitive pricing across the board.

Logistics Management
CMP has access to a wide network of global transportation solutions to ensure confidence in our global shipments. All our facilities are equipped with easy to access loading docks, for every type of incoming and outgoing shipments, from LTL (Less than Truckload) to full truckload. Our shipping and receiving departments are instrumental in supporting our Supply Chain.
